Axisflying Member Points Policy

1. Points Overview

Axisflying member points are shopping rewards provided to registered members on the official Axisflying online store. After completing an eligible order on the official store, customers may earn points and use them for order amount deductions on future purchases.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or used for any unofficial transactions.

2. How to Earn Points

For every 100 USD spent, customers can earn 1 point.
Points are calculated based on the actual product amount paid in the order, excluding shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs clearance fees, discount amounts, points used, gift card amounts, and other third-party fees.
Any amount less than 100 USD is generally not counted separately toward points, unless otherwise stated in the member center or activity page.

3. How to Use Points

1 point can be used to deduct 0.1 USD.
Customers must log in to their member account to use points and meet the minimum usage requirements set by the website.
Points cannot be used to pay for shipping fees, taxes, duties, customs clearance fees, remote area fees, or other third-party charges.
Whether points can be combined with discount codes, promotional offers, member discounts, or affiliate discounts is subject to the information displayed at checkout.

4. Points Availability

After an order is paid, points may first enter a pending status. Points will become available after the order is shipped, delivered, or has passed the return/refund review period.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or identified as abnormal, the corresponding points will be cancelled or deducted.

5. Points Validity

The validity period of points is subject to the information displayed in the member center. Unless otherwise stated, points are valid for  12 months from the date they are earned.
Expired points will automatically become invalid and cannot be restored, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.

6. Refunds and Points Deduction

If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, or identified as abnormal, the points generated from that order will be cancelled or deducted.
If a customer has used points for a deduction and later requests a refund, the refund amount will usually be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer. The used points may be returned to the account or may become invalid according to the applicable rules.

7. Points Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated on the page or in the activity rules, points generally cannot be used for:
* Shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees;
* Repair fees or custom service fees;
* B2B wholesale orders;
* Sample orders or after-sales replacement orders;
* Products clearly marked as not participating in the points program.

8. Bonus Points and Redemption Benefits

Axisflying may offer extra points during new product launches, holiday promotions, member days, or other promotional events. Specific activity rules are subject to the corresponding activity page.
Common activity formats include:
Double points for new product launches:Customers can earn double points when purchasing designated new products during the launch period;
3x points on Member Day: Customers can earn 3 times the points during Member Day events;
Extra points for repeat customers: Returning customers may receive additional points for repeat purchases according to the activity rules;
Extra points for high-value products:** Customers may receive extra points when purchasing designated high-value products;
Points redemption:** Points can be used to redeem selected accessories, stickers, propellers, merchandise, and other designated products.
Bonus points, redemption products, and usage restrictions are subject to the member center or activity page.

 9. Abnormal Use

If Axisflying discovers order brushing, fake transactions, malicious refunds, malicious chargebacks, bulk registrations, buying or selling points, or using system loopholes to obtain points, Axisflying reserves the right to cancel points, restrict accounts, cancel orders, or refuse to provide related benefits.

10. Policy Changes

Axisflying reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the points program within the scope permitted by law, including but not limited to changes in point earning rates, deduction rates, validity periods, usage thresholds, eligible product ranges, and activity rules.
If there are major changes to the rules, Axisflying will make reasonable efforts to notify customers through website announcements, email, or the member center.
